Jimbaran Bay Seafood prepares a whole grilled fish feast — catch of the day, tiger prawns, squid, and clams — served with sambal matah, steamed rice, and fresh coconut. Balinese fire dancers perform as the stars come out. Reservation required, seats are limited.
